Volume/Basket Size
Determine how much fruit you think you will require. We always recommend to start off with 2 pieces of fruit per person per week and if you discover the fruit disappears very quickly you can always upgrade to our next size hassle free.
Menu and Fruit Mix
Your fruit preferences may vary throughout the year, and most companies prefer to have just a couple of oranges so we have set this as a standard in our boxes and baskets, as oranges tend to be messy to eat in the office. If your office loves any particular fruit, simply tell us and we will make sure you will receive lots of these. We will keep in touch with you on a monthly basis throughout the year so that we can update and keep your mix just right, summer and winter.
Distribution of Fruit
We make distribution of fruit efficient and simple. If you have an office that is spread over various floors, departments or locations, we will label each baskets/boxes and pack just the right amount of fruit for each location.
Delivery
Fruit Express delivers to subscribing customers Monday and Wednesday in Perth Metro Area. Just tell us which delivery day/s you prefer and we will arrange this for you.
Subscription – no need to place an order every week
When you subscribe to fruit from us you simply don’t need to place an order with us every week and fortnight, which means one thing less for you to remember. Please note that you can choose to have your delivery from us weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Cancellations or pausing of delivery
As we don’t do contracts you can cancel at anytime. To cancel or pause your delivery with us, just give us 2 business days notice. If you want to pause your delivery just let us know when you want it resumed again and we will arrange this for you.
Invoicing and Payment
Invoices are emailed in PDF format to you the last delivery day of the month unless you prefer to receive an invoice more frequently. Payment can be done by cheque, direct deposit into our account or you can pay by credit card. We do no add a surcharge for credit card payments.
